Synopsis
Wilson is a former US Special Forces Ranger who now lives in Rosarito, Baja California, Mexico. He looks after his younger brother David, who has serious addiction problems. David keeps running away and disappearing from the Zona Norte in Tijuana. So Wilson sets out tirelessly to find him. Between them, a strange ritual is played out, haunted by the figure of Colonel Clarke, a transvestite spy from the Second World War.
